1. ORGANIZATION INFORMATION

 

Posh Playdates Kids Club (the “Organization”) is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation dedicated to providing educational, recreational, and developmental programs for children and youth.

2. ELIGIBILITY & PARTICIPATION

 

Participation in Organization programs is limited to children who meet the age and eligibility requirements of the specific program. Enrollment is subject to availability and completion of all required registration, consent, and waiver forms.

 

The Organization reserves the right to deny or terminate participation if a child’s behavior poses a safety risk or significantly disrupts the program.

3. PARENT / GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Parents or legal guardians agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration and health information

• Notify the Organization of medical conditions, allergies, or special needs

• Ensure timely pickup and drop-off of children

• Adhere to all policies, codes of conduct, and safety procedures

4. HEALTH, SAFETY & SUPERVISION

 

The Organization maintains child safety, supervision, and emergency response policies designed to protect participants. While reasonable precautions are taken, participation may involve inherent risks associated with physical activity and group settings.

 

The Organization does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment beyond basic first aid unless otherwise authorized.

5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

Parents or guardians acknowledge that participation involves certain risks and voluntarily assume those risks on behalf of their child. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organization shall not be liable for injuries, illnesses, or damages except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. CODE OF CONDUCT

 

All participants, parents, guardians, staff, and volunteers are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with the Organization’s policies. Harassment, bullying, aggressive behavior, or failure to follow instructions may result in suspension or removal from programs without refund.

7. MEDIA & COMMUNICATIONS

 

Photographs or videos of participants may be taken for educational or promotional purposes only with prior written consent from a parent or guardian. Personal information will not be shared publicly without authorization.

8. FEES, DONATIONS & REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

 

Program fees, if any, are disclosed prior to enrollment and are non-refundable. Donations are voluntary. The Organization reserves the right to modify program schedules or fees with reasonable notice.

9. CANCELLATION & PROGRAM CHANGES

 

The Organization reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify programs due to weather, safety concerns, facility availability, or circumstances beyond its control. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify families of changes.
